ERC Members (any age)
Registration is free for current Empire Runners Club members. If you want to take advantage of this, join the ERC club first, then come back to register here.
Non ERC Members - 8 Years old to 18 Years old – $10.00
18 years old or younger to 8 year olds. Note children 7 and under are free, but at the event a parent or guardian has to sign a consent form.
Non ERC Members - over 18 years old – $25.00
This is for individuals over 18 years that are not members of ERC. Note that ERC members are free. To take advantage of that, join ERC first, then come back and register here.

Bob Shor Summer Track Series Meet 1,2, and 3

Includes 3 meets - June 11^th, 25^th, and July 9^th

5:15 pm to 6:30 pm: Bib pick up tables and late registration open.

5:45 pm: Free un-timed 100 & 200 meter races for kids 7 & under (No entry fee but parent must register and sign waiver before race). This is a fun non-competitive event. No times will be recorded.

6:00-8:00 pm (approx.): Timed races for all runners 8 & over

Order of events, runners 8 and older:

6:00 pm Mile (3 heats)

100 meter

800 meter

200 meter

400 meter

Long race:

June 11^th, 3000 meter

June 25^th, 2-mile

July 9^th, 5000 meter

4x400 meter Relay

Registration and Fees:

Register once online for all three meets!!!
Online Registration deadline: June 9th 11:59 pm, 2 days before the Tuesday meet.

ER Club Members: FREE online if preregistered before the first track meet, on June 9th.

Note: If you join the club online, you must also register online for the Summer Track series separately.

NON-Members: $25 online

NON-Members UNDER 18 - $10.00

Kids 7 or under – FREE (registration not required)

(for Kids 7 and under we only have two events, the 100M and 200M)

Race Day: Members that did not preregister AND non-members: $25.00

Under 18 is still $10.00

**SPECIAL NOTE: We will not be using historical bib numbers. Pick up your bib with your new number at the event. Your bib number is for all three track meets this year.

**Also, no strollers or dogs on the track.

Notes:
This is a fun, family-friendly event, staffed entirely by volunteers. It is intended to simulate a high school track meet in tone and accuracy. It is a great way to introduce younger kids to our sport, serious athletes to test their training progress and for the old timers to relive the glory days.
We make every attempt to keep track of times and report them properly within one week on our website. If you really want an extremely accurate guaranteed-reliable time for your personal record, please bring a friend with a timer dedicated just to you, or wear your own watch.
Any child under 8 years old who would like to compete in an adult race must receive prior permission from the race director.
Registration fees are not refundable unless event is canceled.
No dogs or other pets allowed on school property.
