Fall Membership Drive Raffle

Join, Renew, or Race – Enter to Win!

The Empire Runners Club invites you to take part in our Fall Membership Drive. Whether you’re a new member, a current member renewing early, or signing up for a race, you’ll earn raffle entries for exciting prizes including running shoes and gift cards to local running stores.

Promotion Period

August 29 – November 1, 2025
All entries must be completed (with payment) by 11:59 PM PST on November 1, 2025.

How to Earn Entries

1. Join as a New Member

   • Become a new ERC member and receive 1 raffle entry.

   • Membership includes the rest of 2025 + all of 2026.

2. Renew Early

   • Current members who renew their 2026 membership by Nov 1 earn 1 raffle entry.

3. Sign Up for a Race

   • Each completed registration for these ERC events earns 1 raffle entry per race:

     • McGuire’s 3K & 8K Runs

     • The Last 10K & Final 2-Mile

     • Phaby-Gray Resolution Run 5K

Important: Entries are valid only when payment is complete. Incomplete or unpaid memberships/registrations will not qualify.

The Prizes

• Running Shoes

• Gift Cards to Local Running Stores

• Additional prizes may be added.

• Limit: One prize per person.

Winner Selection

• Winners chosen at random within 14 days after Nov 1, 2025.

• Winners notified via email or phone on file with ERC.

• Announcements will also be made on ERC social media accounts.
