Rules
Each team must have 4 runners. No one may run more than one leg on the same team.

A runner may, however, run on a second team. If on 2 teams, a runner will be issued 2 bib numbers, one for each team, and must wear the correct bib number for each leg or risk disqualification of both teams.

Teams are categorized as either All Female, Male (all males or 3 males + 1 female), or Mixed (1 male + 3 females or 2 males + 2 females). Each category is divided into age groups based on the average age of the entire team:

9 & under, 10-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Up

Registration fees are not refundable unless we fail to place you on a team or the event is cancelled.
