Include each teammate's name, age, gender, and club status (member/non-member). Don't guess. Information must be correct or team may be disqualified.

Valley Ford Relay Rules

Each team must have 4 runners.
No one may run more than 1 leg on the same team.
A participant may run twice by running on two different teams.
If on 2 teams, a runner will be issued 2 bib numbers, one for each team, and must wear the correct bib number for each leg or risk disqualification of both teams.

Teams are categorized as either All Female, Male (all males or 3 males + 1 female), or Mixed (1 male + 3 females or 2 males + 2 females). Each category is divided into age groups based on the average age of the entire team:

9 & under, 10-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Up
