Annual Membership Meeting meets the Jingle Bell Fun Run & Potluck

Mash up! We're combining the annual membership meeting (and Board of Directors election) and the Jingle Bell Run & Potluck. The run starts at 5:30, dinner at 6:45, the meeting at 7:30. If you are running, please bring your bells. If you plan to stay for dinner, please RSVP Andrea Guzman at by Monday, December 14. Let her know how many of your family to expect for dinner. It's a potluck. Please bring food and beverage to share.

6:45 Dinner

7:30 Club meeting and election of Board of Directors

8:00 Dessert

9:00 Bedtime

Chef Arturo Guzman, currently with St. Francis Winery, will prepare the main course.

If staying for dinner, please email an RSVP to Andrea ( and tell her who is coming. RSVP no later than Monday, December 14. Bring food and beverages to share with your fellow runners.


All club members 18 and over are eligible to vote to elect members of the Board of Directors.
