Please carpool to event. Parking is limited and in order to continue hosting this event, we assured Valley Ford businesses and residents, our runners will ONLY park in designated areas.
Each team must have 4 runners. No one may run more than one leg on the same team.
Teams are categorized as either All Female, Male (all males or 3 males + 1 female), or Mixed (1 male + 3 females or 2 males + 2 females). Each category is divided into age groups based on the average age of the entire team:
15 and under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89
Registration fees are not refundable unless we fail to place you on a team or the event is cancelled.
