Valley Ford Relay Rules

Please carpool to event. Parking is limited and in order to continue hosting this event, we assured Vally Ford businesses and residents, our runners will ONLY park in designated areas.

Each team must have 4 runners.
No one may run more than 1 leg on the same team.
A participant may run twice by running on two different teams.
If on 2 teams, a runner will be issued 2 bib numbers, one for each team, and must wear the correct bib number for each leg or risk disqualification of both teams.

Teams are categorized as either All Female, Male (all males or 3 males + 1 female), or Mixed (1 male + 3 females or 2 males + 2 females). Each category is divided into age groups based on the average age of the entire team:

15 and under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-80
