The Empire Runners Club, based in Santa Rosa, CA, has served the running community of Sonoma County since 1975.
Over 500 members, with all ability levels,
participate in club-sponsored races and social events, team competition, and group training
sessions. Others prefer the solitude of running alone, take part in the group
sessions for social pleasures, or simply wish to maintain fitness and health.
