Free Club Race Entry - New for 2012!
Club members receive free entry to all club races (except Kenwood Footrace on July 4) when registering online by the published deadline.
Free T-Shirt for New Members
Every new member qualifies for a free club t-shirt. Shirts must be claimed at a club race or at a club meeting within 90 days of the date you join. Family memberships qualify for up to 6 free shirts.
Empire Runners / Fleet Feet Grand Prix Series 2012
Members accumulate points in club races and compete for prizes given at the annual club party! All members who register online for races will be scored in the Grand Prix series. Click Here for details.

• Monthly club newsletter e-mailed to you at no charge. (A printed version can be mailed to you for an additional $25.)
• Opportunity to compete on Empire Runners road racing and cross-country teams against other PA/USATF teams.
• Opportunity to volunteer at club races and events and to support the local running community.
Student Grant Fund
Each year the Empire Runners Club awards monetary grants to two or more deserving graduating high school runners to help with their college expenses. Five dollars from the dues of each Adult and Family membership automatically go to our Student Grant Fund. As you register, you will have the opportunity to make an additional donation.
