To participate, follow these steps:
- Make sure you are a current member of Empire Runners
- Renew your membership with USATF (check your status HERE )
- Go on Teamsnap – mark your availability for races. If you are new to our program, email our XC Director and ask to be invited to TeamSnap.
- Sign a season waiver form & email it to our XC Director.
