January Annual Party/Banquet Held in January or February, usually with a live band and a banquet, where awards are passed out. November Wild Turkey Run There is a Wild Turkey Run on Thanksgiving morning that draws a big crowd December Jingle Bell Run An easy, after-dark jog through neighborhoods to view Christmas lights and sing carols followed by a pot-luck party. Club members may also get together for excursions to other areas for workouts or races, and parties are occassionally given during the year at member's houses. Club members are encouraged to start new groups, recommend workouts or schedule out-of-town training runs. A wide range of ability-levels is present at most events.
