- Youth Individual (21 or Under): $10 per year
- Family (single household): $25 per year
Club Newsletter Options
Empire Runners Club members receive the online version of the monthly
newsletter free of charge by email. Once your membership
application is received, you will receive an email from the eGroup explaining what the
eGroup is and giving you the option to opt out if you wish.
• A printed newsletter can be mailed to you for an additional $25 per year
Student Grant Fund
Each year the Empire Runners Club awards monetary grants to two or
more deserving graduating high school runners to help with their college expenses.
Five dollars from the dues of each Adult and Family membership automatically go to
our Student Grant Fund. As you register, you will have the opportunity to make an
additional donation.

Free T-Shirt for All Memberships
Every new or renewing membership qualifies for a free Club T-Shirt.
Shirts must be claimed at a club race or at a club meeting within 90 days of the date you join or your
membership renewal date. Family memberships qualify for only one free shirt per year, but shirts for
additional family members may be purchased for $5 each.
Free Race Entry for New Members
Anyone joining the Empire Runners Club for the first time will receive a
coupon for free entry into a club race. If you join on the day of a race, you can get into that race free.
Join as a family, and everyone in the family new to the club gets a free race entry. Family members
added to an existing membership at renewal get a free race, too. Of the 18 club race events to be held
in 2010, only the new Annadel Half-Marathon, the Kenwood Footrace, and the Phil Widener Empire
Open are not included in this offer.

The right to vote on club-related issues and for club officers. The opportunity to volunteer to help with
club races and events and to support the local running community.
