Bob Finlay
Bob's contributions to the club were initially his know-how with equipment. He
built the elaborate start/finish stand used at Kenwood. Like Mojo, he worked
closely with Bob Shor on figuring out what's needed and getting it built. For
years the club traliler was parked at the curb in front of his house, until Bob
became fustrated with tracking equipment down from people's garages all over
town, and re-organizing the trailer every time it was used. If you come to the
monthly club meetings, you know Bob is always there to run the raffle. Part of
the proceeds from that raffle go into the club's high school schlorship fund, which
Bob manages. He sends out the club's scholarship applications to high schools
early in the year, manages the selection committee, and works on the presentation
of the awards at the Kenwood Footrace.
