   1.	Memberships with dues over 2 months past due
   2.	Memberships with dues recently overdue
   3.	Memberships with dues due within the next 2 months

If you are on any of these lists, please renew your memberships online 
or print the PDF membership renewal form and mail it along with your 
check to the address on the form.
